WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS UNLESS YOU RECEIVED THE INCORRECT SIZE. THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND TRY-ONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

You must inform us within 7 days if there are any issues with the items you receive.
Claims for items damaged upon delivery must include CLEAR photos of the damaged item. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Items not eligible for reshipping include:
- Incorrect orders by the buyer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products reported broken after a few days of use
- Delivery failures due to incorrect address or contact information
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of the refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus shipping costs. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us.
Returned to Sender and Lost/Stolen Packages:
Musclesspot is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Monitor delivery information and contact the delivery company for any concerns. Ensure availability during delivery attempts to avoid returns to the sender.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the delivery company to file a claim. Musclesspot will assist in coordinating with the delivery company, but we will not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
